Communicator to Brummer & Partners (Fixed-term)
Group Communications is seeking a Communicator for a fixed-term contract of at least one year. This is a role combining analytical work with hands-on production, where consistency, accuracy and delivery discipline are critical. The role suits a professional with a strong interest in financial markets, and a clear ability to translate complex content into precise, credible communication. You will work close to several operations units and contribute to communication that supports investor trust, commercial objectives and the firm’s long-term positioning.
The position reports to the Head of Group Communications.
Key responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day production of presentations, reports and recurring communication materials under tight timelines
- Collaborate with the business on financial and investor-related communications, coordinating content, data and messaging with internal specialists
- Develop and repeatedly update sales and client materials supporting business development and client relationships
- Ensure that fund information and regulatory communication are accurate, current and professionally presented
- Safeguard brand consistency across visual identity, tone and terminology
- Contribute to projects that advance communication processes, tools and digital solutions
Background & experience
We are seeking a candidate with:
- A relevant university degree in marketing, finance or communications
- 3–4 years’ experience in a comparable role
- Experience from banking, finance or insurance
- Excellent linguistic skills and fluent in both Swedish and English, with a strong sense of tone and target audience
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms (e.g., Optimizely) is considered an advantage
- Strong digital literacy and broad awareness of current affairs and financial markets
